Wooden Gleba: Water Cane

The code for this mod has been shamelessly stolen from (a.k.a. credits): On Wayward Seas

This mod adds the water cane from "On Wayward Seas" as a standalone mod as a means to add wood production to Gleba (and only that).

When "On Wayward Seas" is detected, nothing is changed.
