Update to Factorio 2.1
change category -> categories
change probability -> independent_probability

Testing together with MetalsForYou, etc
Loads Vanilla, K2, K2SE
Made sure all Krastorio functionality like matter and enriched is working

Adding metal/bz*2 mods to the mix got me all sorts of problems, most likely related to bzlib.
At this point I didn't fix anything.
